In a nutshell – YES! We always recommend that everyone, even if you are a UK resident, has suitable travel insurance for your trip.

We recommend that once you know which trip you want to do, what dates you want to do it on and who you want to do it with, that you proceed to book as in many locations there are very limited accommodation options and these often book out months prior.

We have a kit list of Recommended Items that we recommend people have with them, obviously if you are doing a day walk along the beach then you will require a lot less than if doing a 12 day coast to coast walk. However we would always recommend you have:

• Suitable good quality footwear, that have been broken in and are comfortable
• Suitable clothing for the duration of your walk including any foul weather wear

The reason for this is 90% of our trips are on bespoke dates, chosen by yourselves, we then need to have time to check that there is suitable accommodation available in the various locations to facilitate the trip for you.

Each person will be given a baggage label to affix to their bags at the start of the trip, each morning you are responsible for bringing your bag from your room, to the designated are in the hotel/guest house by 9am.

The bags are then collected by our couriers and transferred to your next destination by 4pm each day, allowing you to walk unencumbered with just a day sack for essentials.
